Not everyone are poet but everyone has some poetry in them.... A poet can write a poem in and for any situation but we common people want situations to bring out the poetry in us.... Guess i got the situation that brought out some piece of rhyming work out of me...I m not sure how good or bad it is... Still it counts as my first poem... Even a first creation is admirable,Isn't it?..... So before i show you my poem, let me tell you the situation that brought this one out....if you are in Southern India now you will know the chillness of winter, which is only good if you are on holidays....Unfortunately I m not...Instead i m experiencing the other extremity... My Semester exams....Cant sleep peacefully with your blanket on for 24 hrs (atleast 12 ;) is reasonable) cause you have a small red devil with a bow & arrow loitering your head and prick you often saying "Dude get up u have an exam today !!!" This will remind you of your sweet home (if you are away from your home like me) where your mom will never disturb your sleep and get you everything right in your bed... And the only words that you can think of are "Life ho to isi" (This is what you call it a life).... Never mind i m just a week away from going home for my holidays.... So all these situations made me write this :) Wow !! I do sound like Shakespeare, don't I?... Do say Yes now !!!....coz u might have second thoughts after reading the following 14 lines.....
You are so Chill,
But i m no more lull.
With exams as your part
My entertainments fall apart...
Waiting for the moment
That will end this torment
Hostel, a home away from home
Is never on a par with my sweet home
Here I am days away
For all the bad memories to fade away
To be rejuvenated with care
Going home as fare.....

If you find the last line discordant, let me tell you i added it to make it a sonnet... ;) It definitely not a classroom where they dont allow you to enjoy the poem instead you to identify the figure of speech and blah blah blah !!! So just enjoy the poem and leave your comments :)
First let me congratulate The Master Blaster for his 20 years in International Cricket. If you are thinking that i ll be listing out all the achievements of Sachin here then i m sorry to say that you are totally wrong.... U can get those stats in every Tom,Dick and Harry's blog... This is my blog and this post is gonna say what Sachin is all about to ME !!! So if the question will be from when do i know Sachin??? Sachin in Cricket for two decades now and i m yet to complete two decades on Earth...So the answer will be right from the first match i watched... I started watching cricket (Only Indian Cricket initially) just after my 10th standard... During that time whenever i hear about Indian Cricket, the one name thats never missed was Sachin Tendulkar... But guess it was a lull period for his bat when i started watching him play...I hardly found him scoring more than 20 runs in a match.I was so fed up that i even thought that "have all people gone insane??? Y do they call a batsman who doesnt score a legend"... But it was not long before Sachin came back to form and silenced all critics including mine and made me realise that i was inchoate to understand the Legend's game....That was the day i became a die hard fan of the Master.
It is not that i have to shower rich encomiums on Sachin to make him great.... It is already a state that you might find his name as a synonym of Exemplify or role model in a dictionary.... By dictionary i dont mean dictionary of cricket alone...As all of us know he is a great human off the field too... So lets hail the Legend of Cricket for he has given the game a new meaning.... Lets hope his heroics continue both on and off the field for a long long time.... Congrats again Sachin Tendulkar !!! Leave your comments to congratulate Sachin....
